It is a shame that Samsung hasn’t decided to unveil its newest flagship device earlier or maybe during MWC but I guess they needed time to prepare the ultimate smartphone. In any case, we expect the device to hit the shelves as soon as March or maybe April, at least that is what the sources tell us.

Product-S4-Galaxy

The Samsung Galaxy S IV is one of the most highly anticipated devices to date. After most manufacturers announced their flagship devices before or during MWC, Samsung will proceed as it did last year and hold a separate event in March to launch the new flagship device. From it we can expect a very powerful hardware configuration, 1080p display that may go over 4.8-inches in size and an improved camera.

According to the latest info coming from none other then sammobile, that seem to get it right just about every time when it comes to Samsung rumors, the Galaxy S IV codename GT-I9500 will be available in multiple variants, on white and black as the casing color. The device will be supporting internal memory capacities up to 64 GB, and it will has an LTE chip integrated into the new Exynos chipset, for the GT-I9505 (Galaxy S IV LTE) variant. As with all Samsung devices, the S IV is also likely to get an microSD card slot for expansion. Here are the rumored variants:
