Verizon Wireless has just announced the brand new phone Pantech Jest, a compact model with a 2.6 inch display, supporting a 320 x 320 pixel resolution. It also sports an optical trackpad and a retractable down QWERTY keyboard. This device is great for social networking freaks, who are keen on using Facebook, Twitter and MySpace on the go.
Its specs list includes a 2 megapixel camera, Bluetooth, a music player, a microSD card slot and a 2.5mm audio jack. Pantech Jest also uses a pretty impressive battery, that provides 276 minutes of talk time and 358 hours in standby mode. The handset costs $239.99, but you can also get it for free with a 2 year contract.
