Vertu has introduced a new luxury handset, the Aster model, that’s priced at a huge 4900 euro amount. This device is finally a high end affair and its colourful versions are actually kind of nice looking. We’ve already heard about it last week, when it was leaked on TENAA.
The smartphone packs a Sapphire 4.7 inch display with a Full HD resolution, as well as a quad core Snapdragon 801 processor, clocked at 2.3 GHz. It also has 2 GB of RAM, a front 2 megapixel camera and a back 13 megapixel shooter with autofocus and dual LED flash. Inside we find 64 GB of storage, a 2275 mAh battery and the Vertu Aster offers 4G LTE connectivity, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0 and NFC.
There’s Dolby Digital Plus tech on board, Android 4.4 KitKat as the OS and stereo speakers with surround sound in the mix. Veru Aster is also ultra durable, with the ability to function between minus 45 degrees Celsius and 80 degrees Celsius plus. It’s also made of a special resilient titanium alloy, that’s twice as strong as steel. And then there’s the Concierge service… anytime, anywhere.
