Yesterday we saw a first live photo with the Xiaomi Mi 5, picture that revealed a little bit of the phone’s front-facing panel with slim bezels, and the 2.5D Glass applied on top. Today, we get our eyes on another render of the device prepared by Xiaomi, one that shows up a phone with physical home button that might hide a fingerprint scanner under it.
From the design point of view, this flagship devices comes in a pretty standard body with rounded corners and volume rockers + power/unlock button placed in the right side. As for the hardware, Xiaomi Mi 5 is expected to offer a 5.3-inch Quad HD display, 4 GB of RAM memory and a 21-megapixel rear camera with autofocus and dual-tone flash.
Among its specs we might see the new quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor, a 8-megapixel front-facing camera and an USB Type-C port. According to some rumors, Xiaomi could launch this new flagship on January 21st, followed by a February comercial release.
