Samsung Galaxy Note 7 showed us that it does not take an Edge model to deliver a solid curved screen, with the edges getting their own functionality. Over the past year we saw Vivo getting into the Edge game, as well as BlackBerry, at some point and now Xiaomi is up.
As you have probably heard before, they are preparing the ultra high end model Mi Note 2, that will get around 4 versions, according to the latest rumors. One of them is expected to have dual curved screen edges, usable for shortcuts and the works, probably.
The front panel of the device has leaked here, thus confirming the existence of the product. It also shows minimal bezel and a Home button with a fingerprint scanner included. Mi Note 2 is expected to bring 4 or 6 GB of RAM, a Snapdragon 820 CPU, 64 or 128 GB of storage and a 5.7 inch Full HD screen.
We may also get a dual back camera and a price tag clearly lower than the Note 7 one.
