Chinese company Xiaomi is expanding rapidly, having sold 11 million Android handsets in the first quarter of this year alone. They intend to sell a total of 60 million units this year and the newcomer Mi3S will contribute to that.
The handset is expected to come soon and enhance every feature that the predecessor Mi3 offered. Pictured above this model was very well received and now its follow up is expected to get the same treatment. Supposedly the Mi3S will have “more metal” on its case and it will have enhanced specifications, that include a quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor, 3 GB of RAM, LTE connectivity and an 8 megapixel front camera. At the back there will be a 13 megapixel shooter.
We’ll also get a display that’s similar to the one on the Mi3: a 5 inch Full HD panel. The Xiaomi Mi3S will be sold for $320 and we have no idea when it will come, but we sure know it will debut in China first. We’ll have to wait and see…
