Is this a HTC, is this a Huawei phone? The brushed metal device below is the Xiaomi Redmi 4, apparently, with a dual camera at the back and some interesting design traits. The leak comes fresh after learning that Xiaomi had sold 110 million Redmi series phones over the past years.

Right now Redmi models offer pretty solid specs, like the Snapdragon 652 CPU, 3 GB of RAM and full metal bodies, as well as fingerprint scanners. Even the batteries are large. Xiaomi Redmi 4 brings an extra touch of elegance, the brushed metal finish and dual back cameras as selling point, or rather a gimmick. It feels a bit like a Meizu and as I said above, HTC or Huawei copycat.

The dual camera also intrigues us, because it means that the fingerprint scanner has been moved, possibly to the front side, most likely integrated within a Home button. There are no specs, no price tag or launch just yet and some say this may just be an anniversary model. I expect even 4 GB of RAM and possibly a jump to a more potent CPU.
