In less than a week, more precisely on November 24th, the Chinese company Xiaomi is expected to unveil a new smartphone device to the public, one called Redmi Note 2 Pro. This product was subject of leaks for a while now, and just a couple of days got it got certified by the Chinese Authority TENAA.

Another leak arrived today from China, is the press invite for the event that follows. As we can notice, the invite is in fact a notebook that immediately makes reference to the new Redmi Note 2 Pro phablet. This time, we’ll be getting a metallic body on this smartphone, and some pretty amazing specs for a rumored price of only $172.

Xiaomi Redmi Note 2 Pro will offer a 5.5-inch Full HD display, an octa-core Mediatek Helio X10 processor clocked at 2.0 GHz and 2 GB of RAM. Among its other specs, we’ll have 16-GB space of internal storage, a 13-megapixel rear camera with dual-tone flash and a fingerprint scanner on the back.
