While we expect for August 6, a day when the Indian producer XOLO is going to release on the market their own UI called HIVE, today we find out that a new Android device called A550s is now officially available in retail.
Xolo A550s offers a 4-inch WVGA IPS display, a dual-core MediaTek processor clocked at 1 GHz, 512 MB of RAM, 4 GB of internal storage, a microSD card slot, a 5-megapixel rear camera, a 0.3-megapixel front-facing camera, dual-SIM slots and Android 4.2 JellyBean as default operating system.
We get 3G connectivity, WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS and a 1.400 mAh battery. There’s also a promise that soon we’ll get the KitKat update for this device. Xolo A550S is available now on the Indian market for just $95.
