The famous Russian phone YotaPhone 2 is now available in white, as announced by its maker and this news comes after a series of price reductions. Initially, the device was priced at 700 euros, but then it dropped a bit, since it was a huge amount to pay, even for a dual screen device with quality displays.
This model measures 8.9 mm in thickness and comes with a 5 inch Full HD AMOLED display as the main one, plus a secondary E Ink screen, at 4.7 inches in diagonal. Its resolution is 960 x 540 pixels and produces 16 different levels of gray. This one is an always on display. The handset is curved on the case’s edge, which gives it a compact and elegant look.
On board we’ve got Android 4.4.3 KitKat customized with Yota Apps, a quad core Snapdragon 801 CPU and 2 GB of RAM. There’s an 8 megapixel back camera with LED flash, 32 GB of storage and a 2500 mAh battery available. LTE Category 4 is also here, as well as noise cancelling. There’s no microSD card slot here and we’ve got a 2.1 MP front camera.
