After a series of leaks and being certified by TENAA, the ZTE Nubia Z11 Mini handset has finally been announced officially today. The device features an unibody case, with a metal frame and a 2.5D glass panel upfront.
There’s also a 2.5D glass panel at the back and the whole thing measures 8 mm in thickness, while the weight is 138 grams. This model has an USB Type C port and it will also receive special editions with back side textures that mimic wood or metal. The product is priced at just $230, which is excellent, considering we get the very same camera sensor as the one on the Xiaomi Mi 5 and Huawei Mate 8 at the back side, plus generous storage.
Seen from the front this model feels very much like an iPhone 6 and among its abilities we find the RAW DNG capture and ISO going up to 12,800. Here’s what the specs list looks like:
- Display: 5 inch, full HD
- Processor: Qualcomm Snapdragon 617, octa core, Adreno 405 GPU
- RAM: 3 GB
- Storage: 64 GB
- Camera: Back: 16 MP Sony IMX298, F/2.0 aperture/ Front: 8 MP, F/2.4 aperture, 80 degree wide angle
- Battery: 2800 mAh
There’s a back side fingerprint scanner in the mix as well and the device brings Android 5.1 Lollipop as the OS. VoLTE should also be in the mix.
