A couple of weeks ago we found out about the fact that ZTE prepares the launch of a new device called Nubia Z9 Max Elite, phone that was recently certified by TENAA. Among its new features we’ll find the fingerprint scanner placed on the phone’s frame just like the one we have on Xperia Z5 range of devices at the moment.

This phone packs a 16-megapixel rear camera with autofocus and LED flash, and a 8-megapixel front-facing unit for selfie captures.

We’ll get a microSD card slot, WiFi, Bluetooth, 4G LTE connectivity and Android 5.1.1 Lollipop as default operating system. ZTE Nubia Z9 Max Elite weighs 165 grams and measures 8 mm in thickness, pretty good for a 5.5 inch phablet.
