After showing off a Windows Phone handset the other day, ZTE now gets back to its commitment to Android, revealing two affordable models that are coming to the UK soon. These are the ZTE Libra and ZTE Tureis models, that will probably reach other countries as well, after the UK.
Both units rely on Android 2.2 Froyo and they’re far from expensive, although no exact price is known just yet. ZTE Libra comes with a 3.5 inch HVGA display, HSDPA connectivity, WiFi and GPS. There’s also FM radio on board, a 3.2 megapixel camera, 512MB of RAM and a 600MHz CPU. As far as ZTE Tureis is concerned, this is also a touchscreen model, that also brings forth a QWERTY keyboard in the front side.
Tureis uses a 2.6 inch QVGA display and supports HSDPA, WiFi, GPS and packs a 3.2 megapixel camera plus 800 MHz processor. There’s also a video of the latter handset in the Clove presentation below. Meanwhile know that ZTE Skate is another affordable Android unit coming to the UK next month.
